4th Technology in Corrections Conference: Disrupting Corrections

Join us for the next instalment of the popular Technology in Corrections conference. Due to the current restrictions in travel this will be convened as a virtual event. ICPA and EuroPris will work in collaboration with Swapcard, a dedicated portal to ensure that attendees and exhibitors can interact throughout the course of the event.

Why become an exhibitor?

The TIC conference has been a ‘sell-out’ show in all previous editions, bringing together CIO’s and ICT specialists, technology solution providers, business improvement professionals, practitioners, senior decision makers and heads of service from prison and probation agencies around the world. With previous physical events easily reaching the maximum capacities of 250 attendees, we can expect similar, if not higher, levels of attendance. Also, without the constraints of travel, the TIC event will be more accessible than ever to a broader audience of attendees.

How it works

The Swapcard platform is an industry-leading event technology which utilises powerful functions to enable all attendees to get the most out of the virtual event. Using Artificial Intelligence, the platform provides suggestions for interaction based on interests and topics. As an exhibitor, your team will be able to access the platform early to make all the necessary arrangements for booth setup, and during the event they will be able to use analytical functions to manage potential leads, set up meetings, or receive invitations from participants to hear more about your solutions.

Exhibition and Event Timings

To ensure that participants from around the world have a chance to participate live, each of the three days will be scheduled around a different time zone.

* Exact timings are subject to change as the programme develops

Event Timings

Paris: 1500 – 2245

Although these timings are what we consider to be the core ‘live’ hours of the event, the platform will be accessible 24 hours per day. We expect that attendees will be present even outside of core hours to access recorded content and browse the exhibition area at a time convenient to them. But don’t worry about missing participants, as you will still receive notifications of any interest from attendees should your team be unavailable.
